RETURNS/EXCHANGES
By placing an order with us, you are acknowledging that you have read and understand our policies. Once an order has been received, all sales are final.
At sole discretion of Princess Palace, refunds and/or exchanges are processed on a case by case basis.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, due to an error on our behalf, please email us at info@theprincesspalace.com within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate your exchange. Items MUST unused, unprocessed, and/or unaltered in any way. Packaging must be still sealed. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, your return/exchange request will be denied and will be returned to you at your expense.
All items are returned to Princess Palace at the expense of the customer and a tracking number for the returned package must be emailed to info@theprincesspalace.com within 24 hours of shipment just in case the package is lost in transit back to Princess Palace. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Returns for a refund will be sent to your original payment method (i.e. credit/debit card, PayPal) and will require a 3% handling and processing fee which will be deducted from the amount that is to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER UNLESS WE ARE AT FAULT
Princess Palace reserves the right not to credit you return items outside the terms of our Return Policy.
SHIPPING
We ship to most countries via USPS for all domestic and international packages. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays.) Once your order has been processed, shipping generally takes 4-6 business days domestic and 6-10 business days internationally. If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 2pm CST Friday-Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day. If you reside in an apartment complex, be sure to include your apartment number when order. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that you provided at the time of purchase.

USPS Priority Mail Express: $20.00 (2-3 business days)
Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $250.00 using the code: “FREESHIPPING". Free Shipping not applicable during store-wide promotions.
*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages. Please remain up to date with your tracking updates and arrange for someone to be available to sign for your package. If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office, immediately, to claim your package before it is returned to us.
Princess Palace is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
